What to Include in Your Request

To speed up processing, include:

  • Your account email.
  • A clear issue description.
  • Relevant timestamps and timezone.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
  • Order/invoice ID for billing issues.

Support Scope and Response Expectations

  • Support is provided in English and Chinese when available.
  • We handle requests on a reasonable-effort basis.
  • Response time can vary by queue volume, issue complexity, weekends, and holidays.
  • We do not guarantee immediate or real-time support.

Account and Access Issues

If you cannot sign in or suspect unauthorized access:

  • Reset your password immediately.
  • Revoke exposed API keys if applicable.
  • Contact Support@numora.app with the subject line ACCOUNT SECURITY.

Billing, Subscription, and Refund Requests

For payment issues, include your order ID, payment date, and transaction amount.

Billing and refund handling follows our Terms of Service and applicable law.

Privacy and Data Requests

For requests related to access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, contact Support@numora.app.

How personal data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Security Reports

If you discover a potential vulnerability, email Support@numora.app with the subject line SECURITY REPORT and include reproduction steps.

Please do not publicly disclose unresolved vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
